Building Services

As a fully qualified builder, John can provide all the services expected within the building trade. John is experienced in all work from groundwork to roofwork; new build to renovations.

John works closely with architects if necessary, regarding plans, projects etc and can supply all the paperwork required for project approval. All major plumbing or electrical work is carried out by Spanish Registered Personnel from Velez Rubio, who will supply any relevant paperwork.

Having run two successful building companies in England, it was quite daunting for John to close them down and move to Spain in July 2002. It has proved to be one of the best things that he has ever done. Not only have his two children and partner settled down here but he now run a successful, fully registered and legal building company.
